A few city councillors, excited homeowners, and Marcon employees helped to formally kick off construction of Semiah by Marcon – a new 14-storey, 88-unit residential building in White Rock on Saturday, May 12th, 2018. The sunshine made celebrating the groundbreaking warm, while the close-by sales centre provided an area for homeowners to meet and greet.
