At Semiah by Marcon the exterior and interiors were designed to complement White Rock. Interior design elements subtly hint to the White Rock outdoor assets, such as wood plank flooring that embodies the warm-hued sand and stone so often found on the nearby shoreline. Considering the emphasis on White Rock’s environment, it makes sense that the exterior was designed so that balconies are offset, wide and shallow to maximize natural light for homeowners.
