The Opportunity

Marcon is a leader in the development of multifamily projects in the Lower Mainland. We are looking for a hard-working individual to become a valuable member of our team, working out of the Corporate office in Langley. With a strong work ethic, attention to detail and results-driven mindset you are the primary point of contact for purchasers and project sales coordinators. The successful candidate is an energetic and flexible team player who possesses exceptional customer service and communication skills, understands elements of presale legal documents and presale real estate transactions and is experienced in database management.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Hiring and training of project sales coordinators
• Contract system Management (Avesdo)
• Purchaser Database Management (Lasso)
• Contract administration and conveyance coordination
• Primary contact and resource for purchasers and project sales coordinators
• Management of purchaser upgrades and changes
• Management of assignments, contract amendments and closing notices
• Purchaser key handover

Person specifications:

• Relevant education, such as the BCIT Professional Real Estate program
• 1-2 years’ experience in development or real estate industry
• Exceptional work ethic and willingness to occasionally work outside of regular work hours
• Strong time management and organizational skills and able to handle multiple projects
• Team player attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong eye for detail
• Contract experience
• Ability to explain and communicate processes and procedures
• Experienced in CRM systems.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
