Where are we going?

Over the past forty years, we’ve grown from a small business into a market leader in construction, and towards a vertically integrated real estate practice. While craft remains at our core, our focus has expanded to deliver broader, deeper, and more strategic value in the real estate space.

We’re not reinventing ourselves. We’re becoming more of who we already are while laying the foundation for what comes next. Every project exposes us to new challenges. We focus on the details of everything we do. In the end, it all seems inevitable, but behind the scenes we’re constantly critiquing our own performance, setting new goals, and continually evaluating how we’re approaching the work. It’s a relentless pursuit.
Core Values
We’re grappling with the challenges of operating at an organisational scale that few private real estate companies in Canada ever reach. We’re resisting corporate hierarchy and bureaucratic conventions by operationalizing our core values. We call this ‘scaling the campfire’.
