We're with you every step of the way
A few weeks before your move-in date, a member of our Customer Care team will arrange a time for a homeowner orientation. During this orientation you’ll get all the details on home finishings, appliances, gas shut-offs, plumbing and any other information you’ll need. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions, take measurements and start planning your new home.
Construction is complicated. You want a partner that supports you through the ups and downs, using common sense and fair dealing through the inevitable challenges. Marcon does exactly what they say they will do, with integrity at the forefront.

Every single Marcon home is backed by a third party 2-5-10 new home warranty. Your home is built to Marcon’s strict standards, as well as the standards of the BC Building Code and municipal authorities. You can rest easy knowing you’re protected against the unexpected.
